The HTI Technology Motorized Gas Valve is a custom engineered integrated motorized valve assembly that consists of an AC synchronous gear motor and linkage system. The motor portion of the valve assembly rotates a cam in the linkage that controls the gas supply to the oven unit. Microswitches in the assembly interface with the oven control board to constantly determine the positioning of the valve. This important safety feature ensures that the entire system will lock and prevent the supply of gas to the oven if the valve is not in the proper position. While currently used in gas operations, valve could also be utilized to control liquids.
